The administration of ISP can seem overwhelming when compared with the traditional administration model in Veritas Volume Manager.
To simplify matters, it is useful to think in terms of the following levels of administration based on level of knowledge of ISP, and frequency of application of this knowledge:
Basic administration tasks are performed most often and require the least knowledge of ISP to perform. Expert storage administration tasks are performed least often and require the most knowledge of ISP to perform.
